55 Minute The Ultimate Fat Burning Formula Workout – Total Body Cardio and Strength -Ok folks, this one is a doozy! Whew! I was gassed afterward, and for a few days after as well. But, after listening to Andrew Huberman’s podcast on how to best lose fat (while gaining muscle), I thought I would create an optimal workout to that end. And here’s a caveat…everyone’s bodies are different. This is what I would do and I would also pay huge attention to being in a calorie deficit for optimal burning. That said, when trying to lose BODY FAT MASS, aerobic training tested superior to resistance training. BUT, when trying to build muscle and lose fast, a combination of training was ideal, just like we did in today’s session. This is a great total body effort and I loved it.

Format: 40/40/40/rest
You will need: A variety of dumbbells

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don’t compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
