I decided that I wanted to be in the best shape of my life before I turned 40 & I have a year to do it! I started following 2 Youtubers @Greg Doucette & @growingannanas and made a decision to really take my time and lose the weight slowly. Im down 30 lbs in 6 months and Ive never felt better in my life. These are the 5 things I recommend to ANYONE starting a fitness journey.
