Hi folks Welcome back.

Being lean is one of the biggest confidence buster. So in order to overcome that i have given 5Tips to Gain muscle & Confidence. So kindly follow the steps to build muscle & Gain weight and rock the floor.

1. Gym – Start working-out your muscle. workouts are the best way to build muscle

2. Compound Exercises: Try pushups, Pull-ups, Sit-ups, Double-bars, Benchpress. Ask your Trainer for more.

3. Food – Food plays an important role in muscle building. Eat 7 meals a day. Eggs, Chicken etc.,

4. Rest – Sleep at least 8-10 hours a day of muscle recovery and muscle growth.

5. Consistency – Progress is the key to success. Muscle building is not a overnight process. So follow the process consistently.
