Bent Over Arc Row – 3 sets x 8 reps (per side)

Bent Over High Row – 3 sets x 10 reps (per side)

Extended ROM Single Arm Row – 3 sets x 8 reps (per side)

Pulldown to Extension – 3 sets x 10 reps
(*not Extended ROM Pullover*)

Extended ROM Pullover – 3 sets x 12 reps
