We will switch between unilateral and bilateral exercises.

05:18 – 50:09 | workout:
40 | 40 | 40 sec ЁЯФе, 30 sec rest after each giant set (repeating each Giant Set twice)

50:20 – 54:32 | cool down: 30 sec each exercise
