Today’s workout consists of 45 seconds of work per exercise in the first half of the workout and 30 second work periods in the second half of the workout. You won’t need any equipment and the workout is going to be full of variety and movement! Make sure you show up with a sweat towel and water and just be ready to move with me!

The exercises:
1. jump rope
2. leg raises
3. heel tap jacks
4. plank knee to elbow
5. lateral hop and hop on and off mat
6. canoe hold
7. Jumping jack and single arm jab
8. superman pull backs
9. knee driver skips
10. bicycles
11. chop out hops
12. Hip taps
13. floor to sky taps
14. flutters in canoe 2 cross 2 tucks
15. rainbow taps
16. jackknives
17. Knee tap under skips
