My series of Micro-Workouts Tabata style continues. Again the format will be 20 Sec Work with 10 Sec of Rest. 8 Different Exercises, No Equipment necessary.

A lot of people can be paralysed by the difficulty of getting started on an exercise program. The mind runs through all of the obstacles. The traffic on the way to the gym, the rain outside, busy classes. All of this inertia can lead people to quit before they even get started. Falsely believing they don’t have time in their schedule to fit it in.

Enter the new revolution of Micro Workouts. They are a shift in the flawed, outdated approach that fitness has to look a certain way. Micro workouts can be squeezed into anybody’s busy schedule are backed by science. And remove a lot of the factors which can prevent people from starting on their fitness journey. Even for advanced athletes performing a couple of micro workouts throughout the day can help take your training to new heights without eating into your recovery abilities as longer workouts can.
