Welcome to this Belly dance workout for the total body! Yes, we are working on shimmies for your legs, chest shimmies for your check, hip kicks for your butt and your thighs, those arm moves to sculpt your beautiful arms! We are going to be jumping around to get the very best workout for you to be SUPER FIT!! This one is sweaty and if you would like a double sweat just do it again! You will also learn many belly dance moves throughout for you to enjoy when your at a party. Have fun!
