This is your 30 Minute Full Body No Equipment Partner Workout! This is going to be a fun workout that you can do with a friend, a spouse, a partner, or a buddy of any kind. If you don’t have someone working out with you today you can still do this workout! Make sure you have a good amount of space and some water! Are you ready? Let’s do it!
