What’s up, team! Welcome to this 30 minute total-body HIIT Cardio. You don’t need any equipment for this workout, only your body. This workout is designed to get progressively harder for each round, and we are doing 3 rounds. That means thatI I have 3 different levels and progressions for you to get through. If you find any of the levels too hard, just regress and do the variation of the previous level and keep going. Aim to do this workout until you can complete all 3 levels.
For the Workout format we are doing a total of 33 different exercises, no repeats, with 40 seconds work, and 10 seconds rest, with a quick water break between each round. Prepare to push yourself and be ready to sweat! When you’re ready, let’s start with a quick warm up!
