Do this workout and burn up to 300 calories. This is an intense full body HIIT workout that will have you burn fat and lose weight in just 30 minutes. This workout will keep your heart rate up and make you burn lots of calories and is perfect for you if you are trying to lose weight while at the same time increase your overall strength and cardio.

Follow the same form and intensity for the full 30 minutes to burn up to 300 calories. If you need to take more, or longer breaks that is okey. This one is a tough one, but give it your all!

There’s no equipment needed in this workout, and it can be done at home! And of course NO REPEATS.
