Sis, this is a full body workout, and when I say full body, I mean FULL BODY! WOOOO!

You’re going to love this beginner-friendly workout! Every move is fully standing so there is no need to struggle to the ground or to get dizzy standing up. This workout is just as fun as it is effective! Make sure to breathe in deep and enjoy the ease of this no-jumping low impact workout.

We are going to take this one move at a time, and just enjoy the moment and dance it out a little!
There is no need to be stiff or self conscious. We are going to vibe it out together in our living rooms/rooms/own space at home!

This workout can be fun and easy but do not underestimate the burn and the sweat youll get doing it! Try to bring a towel and a bottle of water when doing this workout so you stay hydrated and not feeling like what one of my subscriber friends describes as “like a wet noodle”.
