24 Minute Fat KILLER EMOM Workout | HIIT, No equipment – Home Workout

This FAT KILLER EMOM workout will take 24 minutes of your time. You were asking me to do a workout for beginners. And here it is! I went a step further and created the workout for 2 different levels—no matter whether you are advanced or a beginner. The workout screen is split into 2 different fitness levels so you can follow along with the workout. You have to complete 4 rounds of 6 exercises. Which side do you choose? ☝ Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) is a type of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You can progress these exercises by increasing your reps as the workout gets easier. Also, remember not to overuse EMOM. Gradually adjust the intensity of each workout based on your current fitness level. Once or twice a week should be enough.

☝The key is to perform your target reps before the 1 minute is over, use the remaining seconds to rest, and prepare yourself for the next exercises. This process is repeated throughout your session.

EMOM WORKOUT DETAILS

👉 Let’s do 4 rounds of 6 exercises
👉 Each exercise lasts for 1 minute. The sooner you finish your target reps before the 1 minute, the more time you have to rest and prepare for the next exercise.
👉 If you were unable to complete the required number of reps you should stop doing the previous exercise and go straight to the next exercise without the rest.

👉 Advanced / Beginner

1. Burpee / Burpee Steps – 15X
2. Plie Jump / Sit-ups – 20X 
3. HRPU / Knee Push ups- 15X 
4. Jumping Lunges / Jumping Lunges – 30X 
5. V-sit / V-sit – 25X 
6. Climber Toe Touch / Climber – 30X
