We tackle abs, booty, legs, and back making up a total of Eight 5 minute workouts. Part one will be posted on Kelly’s & Part two will be posted on mine. Each video will also include a 5 minute stretching routine . You will be stronger, more flexible, and most importantly you will feel and look your best.
