Workout number 3, let’s go! This is a medium base level. The sections in this workout are broken up into core, cardio and then arm sculpting. I am so excited about my brand new 20 min workouts, that are created at home with no equipment needed. I use 3 elements for my workouts; force, movement and tension.
My workouts are designed rhymically and patterned just like a dance routine. These workouts are a follow along system and repetitive. Repetitive movement gives you the chance to fully know and understand your workout and movement. Meaning you can progress and become stronger.
I am a professional dancer, so I developed workouts from my training over the years. This is how I stay in shape and have a fit, lean and tight toned body.
