20 Min STRONG UPPER BODY (Tone and Sculpt) Dumbbell Workout at Home

0

We’ll target the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back in this 20-minute STRONG UPPER BODY home workout! Dumbbell weight should be heavy enough to just barely get you to the end of each set. If you can go longer than 40 seconds, go heavier. If you can’t make it through to the end, go lighter.

I recommend using 3 sets of weights (light, medium & heavy) but if you only have one set, that’ll work, too! If you don’t have dumbbells, that’s okay! Just find something around your house to use like water bottles or canned goods instead. Let’s do it!

This workout will help you:
