Today, we prepared a 20-minute full-body workout at the intermediate level. In one round, it is configured in the form of performing beginner-level movements first and then performing the same intermediate-level exercises, so it would be okay not to do a separate warm-up exercise. However, foam roller massage and stretching are recommended before exercise!

오늘은 중급자 수준의 20분 전신 운동을 준비하였습니다. 한 라운드 안에서 초급자 수준의 동작을 먼저 수행하고 동일한 중급자 수준의 운동을 진행하는 형태로 구성하였기에 별도의 워밍업 운동은 진행하지 않으셔도 괜찮을 거 같습니다. 단 폼롤러 마사지와 스트레칭은 운동 전에 진행하시는 것을 권장합니다!
