As Part of our on going weight loss Challenge 2020, Today I am sharing April’s Diet Plan. It’s a 2 week Healthy easy to follow Indian Diet Plan. Keeping the current Situation in view i have kept it very simple and basic. You don’t need any elaborated or fancy kitchen pantry to follow it. You can cook these meals with ingredients which are easily available in any Indian Kitchen. These meals are filling yet easy to digest.
