i did a 15 minute workout that builds you a bubble butt over time (each set is 30 seconds, with three 15-second breaks). this is a FOLLOW ALONG workout, so make sure you have a mat and water with you! i also added weights to increase the intensity for quicker results. if you are looking for an even MORE intense workout, do this 2+ times. for best results, repeat multiple times weekly. i hope y’all enjoyed:)
