This is one of my favourite longer ab workouts that give you a sore belly afterwards ,guaranteed ;)!
I have so much fun doing it and the time flies away like little birds 😛
While focusing on the side abs and obliques you also work on your entire core.
This workout includes all different variations of ab exercises that:

-support your side abdominal muscles
-help you gain a strong total core
-work on your lower back as well
-support the muffin top
