15 Min Full Body Pilates Inspired Workout for Moms

This full body pilates inspired workout will get your burn on ESPECIALLY if you are using ankle weights like me! Today I will be using 3lb ankle weights to get that extra burn, but if you dont have these; no worries! Feel free to do this workout fully bodyweight, it is just as beneficial.

This workout has 2 rounds of dynamic exercises after the warm up and ends with a cool down. These exercises will get your heart rate up but are completely low impact and perfect to even do in an apartment and not bother your downstairs neighbors.
