123.5kg SQUAT PR! Continuing from what I said the other day regarding squats I really wanted to skip today, feeling tired, wasnt up for it and not feeling 100% but after watching the rugby this afternoon I gained some motivation to get up and hit a workout! Really want to improve squats 123.5kg is very light for my body weight and isnt much heavier then my bench press so I have lots to improve on and hopefully lots of progress can be made!
