Hey Active Family! This workout is one of my new favourite abs killer. The weight just hits different and it makes your core strong and toned. We want sexy abs so we mix it up a little and challenge us with a kettlebell, dumbbell or water bottle. I suggest you to do these exercises very controlled and slow for better results. Combine this 10 minute sexy abs workout with my other abs workouts and don’t forget: visible abs are also made in the kitchen.
