🍽Lunch : larb chicken with 125g of konjac rice mix with 6g of cauliflower rice, romaine lettuce
🍽Snack : one protein bar (p~13g) and 2 boiled eggs
🍽Dinner : 2 scoop of protein meal replacement strawberry flavor from USN  (protein ~ 21g) mix wit mix with unsweetened almond milk 250ml and 4 small mandarins
