Join me for this 40 Min Steady State WALKING WORKOUT and let’s warm up our bodies and start burning calories! This is a moderate pace, medium intensity cardio session you can use for calorie burn and weight loss! This steady state walking workout can easily replace your treadmill or other cardio machines you might be using in the gym. I’ve added a high impact version for the walking sections, in case you want to make this a more intense cardio workout.
