Starting out with glute activation using a mini band and then moving Into strength and toning exercises using dumbbells for resistance. This Lower body workout will those thighs and booty on ЁЯФе and will have you feeling strong and powerful. Lets do it!!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up/Glute Activation 40s work + 10s rest x2 rounds
Strength & Toning Circuit 40s work + 10s rest x2 rounds
Cool Down & Stretch
